This is the one to move on. Avid ABA is recruiting behavior technicians, and the listing is explicit that no experience is required and training is provided. The work is one-on-one with children and young adults, helping them build daily living and communication skills. Recruiting spans sales and retail, restaurants and hospitality, construction and skilled trades, healthcare and technology, trucking and transportation, office administration, public safety, government and manufacturing, with openings across Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties plus Flint, Ann Arbor, Downriver, Toledo and Windsor.
